Having submitted a new entry to crimeshoe you will be notified by text or email as soon as a full crimeshoe report is ready for you to download. The crimeshoe team aim to provide a report for download within 24 hours of you submitting a new entry however in order to give your entry the maximum attention required this is not always possible.

To download a report simply log-in to crimeshoe, visit the 'LIST ALL ENTRIES' page, and select the Entry Reference that you wish to download a report for. The following page will feature two highlighted buttons 'Download Report' and 'Pay Now'. Please note the'Download Report' button does not become visible until you have completed the payment process.

To begin the payment process click the button marked as Match Found 'Pay Now'.

The next screen that you will see features the price of the service (including VAT) and the option to pay in either US Dollars $ or Great British Pounds. Make your selection and click'Next'.

You will now be redirected to PayPal to complete your secure payment. Details on how to use PayPal together with other information regarding the service can be found at PayPal.com

You must have a valid Credit Card or a PayPal account with sufficient funds in order to pay for your entry.

Once your payment is complete you may return to your 'Entry Page', via the 'List All Entries'screen, the 'Download Report' button has now been activated. Click this button and then, in the new window that opens, select where on your computer you would like the report to be saved.

Crimeshoe reports are available to download in pdf format. If you are unable to read pdf files on your computer please download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe.com by clicking the button below.
